ANOTHER FANTASTIC TURNOUT FOR THE WEST LONDON CYCLING SUNDAY RIDES
We were delighted to see another strong turnout for our Sunday Ride at 9am from the Polish War Memorial on Sunday 21st November despite the lower temperatures as we veer towards the winter months. It certainly shows the quality of West London Riders to turn out in numbers for winter rides. As usual, we split into two groups, the mid-tempo group missing out the hilll climb and meeting the others at the cafe stop, where West London Cycling looked to be the largest group at the Cinnamon Cafe … well done all, great show!
And talking of quality, we give a massive CHAPEAU to Leon Binding who not only won the Crimp Hill Cap Chalenge by being the fastest up Crimp Hill, he also beat every other single rider on the day who rode it. A stunning 5.01. But just look at the Strava data, our very own Sam Messingham was third best out of all-comers on the day, and must consider himself unlucky not to have won in the day. Amazing rides guys!
