Rafa Nunez, Gurpreet Dhindsa and Samir Doshi all completed the 500km challenge … a hat-trick on Day Seven. Back from COVID isolating Baz has done an impressive 164.2km in two days…… what a fantastic achievement by all of them …chapeau!.

So, on to day eight, like the Tour de France the last stage will be something of a procession with all bar Baz home and dry, so why not pop along and join in the celebration? It all starts at 9am at the Polish War Memorial (A40 Ruislip / Northolt) and is scheduled for a manageable 54km trip southwards to Staines and Egham….
