The Wheel Tappers and Shifters Social Club are Tapping Out To Taplow …. Tap up with us Sunday 22nd May at 9.00am from the Polish War Memorial (A40 Ruislip / Northolt)

It’s back to a popular spin out to Taplow, now on the new Elizabeth Line don’t cha know? It also offers the first opportunity in a while to have a cafe stop finish at our ancestral home of The Rusty Bike Cafe in Uxbridge (a town with Metropolitan and Piccadilly Line heritage). The fun starts at 9am from the Polish war Memorial (A40 Ruislip / Northolt)

This is a generally flat and pleasant ride, albeit with a drag up the side of the Thames Valley at the start of the second half, and that short ramp at Hedgerley.

We will run as many groups as suits the turnout and we will decide on the day, so you can choose on the day. As a general rule faster groups will do the slightly longer routes, which helps align the coffee stops for a great West London social rendezvous. Just turn up at 9am at the Polish War Memorial (A40 Ruislip / Northolt) on any Sunday. It’s completely free but you will need to download the route from the ‘Routes’ section under the ‘Members’ Zone’ tab above. It is free to become a member, and quick and easy to sign up, just use the button at the top right of this page.

Rides are every Sunday at 9am.
