West London VR Race 6.7 is 15.4km of undulating racing starting and finishing at the beach at Ruislip Lido …. the Lido Rido course. The race starts at 7.30pm UK Time but the Livestream will be available from 7.10pm UK Time.

The course is undulating over 15.4km so expect attacks on the ramps.

The Race includes the West London VR Ladies League
