Summer 2023 with WEST LONDON CYCLING


EVERY SUNDAY: 9am start WEST LONDON CYCLING SUNDAY RIDES from the POLISH WAR MEMORIAL: These popular rides are between 50km and 100km with cafe stops, different speed groups and two distance options every week.

EVERY WEDNESDAY: 7.30pm start ONLINE RACING on either CADEsport or WahooRGT 16km fast races. CADEsport is an exciting new platform with more real life skillz and attributes than any other platform, whilst WahooRGt is the go to racing platform (yes, better than Zwift)

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 8th MAY: 8am Start THE BRIGHTON BEANO. 100km ride to Brighton and return by train, or 200km round trip ride Back again for 2023, Fish and Chips on the beach after our unique Brighton route which misses out Ditchling Beacon. Either catch the train back, or ride back, this is a popular event.

FRIDAY 13th MAY: 12am Midnight start Friday/Saturday THE RUSTINGTON RAVE Night Ride to the South Coast 200km return by train from Brighton. New for 2023, the route was recently tested and slightly changed to finish for breakfast at Rustington near Littlehampton (160km), with the option of getting a train back from Littlehampton or riding across to Brighton (200km) and getting the train from there..

SATURDAY 1st JULY: 6pm start from Polish War Memorial THE DUNWICH DYNAMO (or you can rendezvus in Hackney at the official start). Another of our popular rides, as we join in the magnificent Dunwich Dynamo. We start at the Polish War Memorial and ride over to Hackney for the mass start, but you can meet us there. You’ll need to consider how to return from Dunwich, there are official coaches, whilst some of us ride back, either to Epping (for trains) or Ruislip.

SUNDAY 9th JULY L’ETAPE DU TOUR: SOLD OUT A group of West London Cyclists will be in the Alpes for this Cyclosportif over a mountain stage of the Tour de France

THURSDAY 20th JULY TO MONDAY 24th JULY: THREE DAY LONDON TO PARIS RIDE to see Tour de France finish SOLD OUT. London – Newhaven, the ferry and then a two day ride to Paris on l’Avenue Verte before watching the final stage of the Tour de France in Paris

SUNDAY 20th to THURSDAY 24th AUGUST PARIS-BREST-PARIS: BY QUALIFICATION ONLY A team of West London Cyclists are currently entered and riding the qualifying events for one of the oldest cycling events in the world, 1,200 Kilometres from Paris to Brest and Back.

BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY 28th AUGUST; THE RANDONAX RIDES from Ruislip … our annual anniversay audax style romp! £10 entry. 200km, 100km and 70km options. After the huge success last year, it’s back again. The West London Randonax Event will start from St.Martin’s Church Hall in Ruislip with refreshments etc. Diarise it now!
