We are really looking forward to seeing you all today on the start line at Race 1.3 on Indie Velo, the exciting Monday Malarkey series on the hot new platform seems to be catching everyone’s interest, so make sure you are where it’s at … 7.30pm (UK Time) on Indie Velo …..
We have previously announced that we are testing the teams facility and Indie Velo have been amazing in tweaking things after last week’s test, so here we go again. It was always our intention to introduce the teams classification in Series Two but if things go well, we may add it earlier. The individuals classifications are already up and running (GC and Ladies League).
The team set up should work as follows: Anyone representing a team will be allocated team points as well as individual points if they are one of the top two riders for their team. People not members of a team may find they are given a fictional team .. we’ll see how this works out for now and fine-tune it from there based on the outcome. Team points in this race won’t count towards the series.

We are anticipating some INDIE VELO updates on Monday morning (7th August) which should enable us to test the Teams facility again during Race 1.3 … we are expecting that this will enable us to confirm that the Teams results are compatible with the West London VR format and race 1,3 should also become a ranked race again once the update occurs. Once the teams facility is tested we do aim to add it to the classifications on offer but are not going to include team points from Race 1.3 … although they should show in the results.
