The Pickwick Bicycle Club have their Grand Ordinary Races for Penny Farthings at Hillingdon Circuit on Sunday 24th September at 2pm. As far as we are aware they won’t be competing for the Cobblers Cup, Jinkin’s Balls, Dr Payne Trophy, Blink’s Bowl or Winkle Cup …. oooh errr missus! Carry On Cycling?

AND DON’T FORGET, IT’S OUR ANNUAL BRIGHTON VETERAN CAR RALLY RIDE ON SUNDAY 5th NOVEMBER!

Our Sunday ride on 24th September starts at 9am from the Polish War Memorial and goes out to the Velolife cafe at Warren Row, so suits a the 2pm start at Hillingdon. It finishes at the Rusty Bike in Uxbridge, so a spin along the Uxbridge Road to the Hillingdon Circuit is quite convenient.
