First details of our Pyrenean Trip in June 2024
Flights Ryanair London Stansted to Carcassonne
Thursday 6 June 13.00 – 16.00 (Flight RK72)
Monday 10 June 16.45 – 17.45 (Flight RK73)
Flights will change in price but, depending on your luggage choices, anticipate £100 to £150
Bike Hire from Velomondo Prices TBA but perhaps £100 – £150 depending on type of bike. Our host can arrange this and will pick up and return bikes.
Accomodation £50 per night includes dinner, breakfast and airport transfers. Total £200 for four nights.
We think it should cost under £500 but you will need to book your own flights and prices will go up nearer the time.
Accomodation (CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION/CONVERSION) is at the home of Gavin Grant who has been converting a property and we will be one of the early groups to use his new facility. Gavin is a cyclist we know from Twickenham CC and he rides in our online races. The maximum number of people will be 8 (with two confirmed already, leaving 6 places) although it could be increased to 12 if 4 people were willing to arrange their own airport transfers.
We will have more details of rides etc as we finalise the itinerary, but Dave Morrison and GT have booked flights and confirmed the booking with Gavin, so it will happen!
