It’s difficult to know where to begin, the true grit displayed by the 10 riders participating in the 3Down 300km ride to the New Forest and back on Saturday was amazing. Starting at 7am, it was a very late finish and hats off to Richard Hall and Tony McEvoy for sticking it out into the early hours on Sunday!

Another great turnout on Sunday for our usual Sunday ride, unfortunately loose grit on the road caused no less than 3 separate falls (3 down!) terminating rides … we believe that all riders are OK, bike repairs may be needed! Out best wishes to Jung, Marlon and Rachel.
