Three laps of the Fifield Road Race / TT circuit helped build up the kms on day one of the Rapha Festive 500 as 10 challenge entrants took on the 150km Day 1 raide (other participants were out on their own rides too, presumably shorter) …. the weather was kind, not cold, damp but no rain and bearable wind. The discovery of a new cafe was an added bonus too …. watch out for a new Sunday Ride there in 2025!

Meanwhile, online, Tour de Ricky entries were flying out too … if you were out on the Festive 500 today, get your Tour de Ricky entry in soon, while you can, as first day places beat all expectations and the event risks selling out very fast.
