The West London Cycling Rustington Rave is specificly designed to get from the Polish War Memorial (A40 Ruislip / Northolt) to Rustington in time for breakfast. You can catch the train back from Rustington at 159km or ride on to Brighton to complete the 200km parcours. It starts at midnight on Friday / Saturday 23rd / 24th May.

You will need decent lights (particularly your front light), and to be at the Polish War Memorial Friday night for a midnight start. We will form groups and ride together, at different paces for different groups. You do not need to pre-book a train ticket back, and can choose where you pick up the train back. We stop for breakfast at the Establo Lounge in Rustington which opens at 9am. If you get there a little early the is a Costa just around the corner. We stop at a 24 hour garage during the ride to refill water bottles, have a coffee etc.

If you’ve never done a night ride before, it may surprise you as to how much fun they can be on very quiet roads in the middle of the night.
