TWO FREE WEEKEND RIDES FROM THE POLISH WAR MEMORIAL ON THE A40 – SHORT AND LONG OPTIONS
West London Cycling is a free to join cycling community for local cyclists set up in July 2021. We have been amazed at the amount of sign ups and have, consequently, decided to have a couple of informal rides on the August Bank Holiday weekend for local riders.
A) SHORT SOCIAL RIDE – SUNDAY 29th AUGUST 9am
On Sunday 29th August at 9am we have a very social 57km ride with just 300m climbing from the Polish War Memorial that rides out past Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck restaurant in Bray but ends up at the wonderful, and more affordable, Rusty Bike Cafe in Uxbridge. This is an informal social ride and you can join in by just turning up or adding your name to the spreadsheet. You will need the GPX file downloaded on your bike computer,
The GPX route is here CHOOSE ‘FAT DUCK, FINE RIDING‘.
The entry sheet can be found here
Please note that you will need to subscribe to access the routes, but it is free and only requires minimal info so it is very quick and easy to become part of the West London Cycling community.
